Prior to joining Hang Lung Group in 2010, Mr. Chen was the Chairman of John Swire & Sons (China) Limited and the Deputy Chairman of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. Mr. Chen worked in Cathay Pacific for over 30 years, and was previously its Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Chen also undertakes multiple responsibilities in Hong Kong community services, trade and education.
