ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East  represents and promotes airports’ interest. As the voice of airports, ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East advocates with state regulators, ICAO, industry associations and stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East region for policies that can enhance security standards and facilitate the maximum level of efficiency and effectiveness.

Current advocacy topics include the implementation of the one-stop security concept, rationalization of Prohibited Items List (PILs), collaboration between border and aviation security, promotion of innovation in security and more.
