At the Kobe Airport venue, visitors can take a bus tour of the service road around the airport, which are normally inaccessible, to see the runway and other facilities.
Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) welcomes the appointment of two new members to the Board, as well as the reappointment of two existing members. The two new members are Philip Chen Nan-lok and Laurence Li Lu-jen S.C., and the two reappointed members are Ir Dr the Honourable Lo Wai-kwok and Stuart Thomson Gulliver. The new and reappointed members will serve a term of three years effective from 1 June 2022.
Kansai Airports is pleased to announce that it has been selected for the Japan Society of Civil Engineers’ 2021 Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award in the Group 2 category for its disaster resilience enhancement project at Kansai International Airport (KIX) implemented in the wake of Typhoon Jebi which struck the airport in September 2018.

The New Zealand Airports Association (NZ Airports) has welcomed today’s announcement by the Prime Minister that the final Covid-related border restrictions will end on 31 July instead of in October. The PM was also “confident” that New Zealand’s requirement for pre-departure testing (PDT) will have ended when the border is fully re-opened in July.
