Dr. Kerati Kijmanawat, President of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), announced that a service outage at the Navitaire Host Data Center is affecting all airlines worldwide that use the Navitaire system, preventing them from checking in passengers and making reservations at all airports.
