Held every two to three years, the HRER aims to encourage continual exchange of best practices in HR among ACI Asia Pacific member airports to support the development of airport through people.

A number of practical tips are given on the set up and running of Runway Safety Teams such as the writing of terms of reference, scope of work, work methods, and ways of facilitating and encouraging safety hazard reporting.
