AZUR AIR Commences New Charter Flights Between Moscow and Ras Al Khaimah

Azur Air has started 3 weekly charter service from Moscow to Ras Al Khaimah with narrow body aircraft 757-200 with 235 seat capacity. This operation will be increased to daily flight in the second half of November. This operation will bring substantial number of Russian tourists into Ras Al Khaimah hotels.
H.E. Engr. Sheikh Salem bin Sultan Al-Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, board member of General Civil Aviation Authority & RAK Executive Council expressed his pleasure as Russia is one of the key markets for UAE. “This would emerge into a phenomenal success towards building tourism traffic in Ras Al Khaimah. It is our pleasure to welcome Azur Air to Ras Al Khaimah International Airport and to be able to acknowledge demand for tourism flights from Russian Federation. One of the driving forces behind Ras Al Khaimah’s economy lies in its thriving tourism and Azur Air’s new operation is well aligned with the airport’s strategy”, said H.E, Chairman, Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
