The annual audit plays a crucial role by helping to identify any areas for improvement and enabling us to take corrective actions, as deemed required. I thank the BCAA auditors for their valued support throughout the process, which is vital to safeguard the wellbeing of passengers and airport staff, and further enhances BIA’s operational efficiency. I also commend the airport team for their dedication and commitment to operational excellence.”
