CKTS Changes Its Name to Kansai Airports Aviation Services

Kansai Airports is excited to announce that its group company, CKTS Co., Ltd., will change its name to Kansai Airports Aviation Services* on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.  

CKTS began its operations when Kansai International Airport (KIX) opened in 1994. As a comprehensive ground handling service provider, it has offered a wide range of services from customer service to ramp operations and cargo handling operations at KIX and Haneda Airport. 

The company has become a part of the Kansai Airports Group since 2016, integrating its ground handling services with airport operations.  

The new name embodies the company’s strengths and roles in providing comprehensive ground handling services by incorporating the term "Aviation". Additionally, it aims to enhance branding and increase corporate value by clearly communicating, both internally and externally, that the company is a member of the Kansai Airports Group. 

The Kansai Airports Group will continue to strive to enhance airport services and convenience to provide our customers with a more comfortable and enjoyable airport experience. 

*The final decision will be made at the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 2025.
