The airline will operate its thrice-weekly direct flights using A320 aircraft, designed to accommodate 180 passengers per service.

“Currently, we are operating from Phnom Penh to Mandalay, one of the famous cities in Myanmar via Macao (China) and planning to have direct flights hopefully around December. Not only that, we are planning to extend routes from Siem Reap to Yangon and also to Mandalay”, Captain Anupama Pathirana, Chief Operations Officer & Chief Pilot of the JC Airlines said.

“We have been handling close to one million passengers a year and continuously trying to increase our fleets and operations in a steady base. So far, our JC Airlines is covering more than 50% of the area of the Southeast Asia and South Asia. We expect to develop more than 50 destinations with total 20 aircrafts by the end of 2020”, he added.

Phnom Penh, the gateway to an exotic land, the lively and energetic capital city of Cambodia with plenty of charms to see, is located in the southern part of the country and fully surrounded by the Kandal Province. Cambodia is a geographical contact country administratively composed of 20 provinces.

With the addition of this new airline and route, YIA now connects to 33 international destinations operated by 33 international airlines.

YIA wishes the JC (Cambodia) International airlines the best.
