Macau International Airport Passenger Movement Recorded Multiple in “Golden Week” Compared to Last Year

With the epidemic situation in the Mainland and Macau have been eased, the epidemic measures between two places are relatively released, which stimulated the increasing number of tourists to Macau. From 1st to 7th October, MIA has handled 20,291 passengers and 354 aircraft movements, an increase of multiple and 53% compared to the same period of last year.

In October, there are 14 destinations connecting Macau to the Mainland, including: Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Nanjing, Nanning, Ningbo, Nantong, Qingdao, Wenzhou, Yiwu and Changzhou, etc. Other destinations include: China Taipei, Southeast Asia include: Singapore, Hanoi and Tokyo. There are 7 airlines operating in October, including: Air Macau, China Eastern Airlines, Juneyao Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Starlux Airlines, EVA Air and Scoot Airlines.
