New Hainan Airline Flight Between KIX and Chongqing

Kansai Airports is pleased to announce that Hainan Airlines (HU) will commence its new flights  between Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (CKG) starting March 30. 

Hainan Airlines, based in Hainan Province, which consists of islands in southern China, offer flights to many cities across China and around the world. At KIX, the airline currently operates routes to Beijing and Shenzhen, with plans to resume flights to Haikou from April 1. Chongqing, with a population exceeding 30 million, is one of the world's largest cities and a major economic and logistics hub in inland China, historically known for its thriving machinery industry. The new route is expected to further expand business and tourism exchanges between the two cities.  

Kansai Airports Group will continue to expand its air network, enhance customer convenience, and create comfortable and enjoyable travel experiences.  Commencement Sunday, March 30, 2025.
