New Narita-Kaohsiung-Bangkok (DMK）Service to be Launched by Thai AirAsia on June 16, 2024

Thai AirAsia (FD) will commence its first scheduled passenger service between Narita and Bangkok (DMK) with stopover at Kaohsiung (KHH) on June 16, 2024.

Kaohsiung, which is the second largest city in Taiwan, following Taipei, has many tourist destinations such as Dragon Tiger Tower, and has been attracting people in recent years. The Narita-Kaohsiung route has been used by many passengers and they were mostly inbound travelers visiting Japan. We expect that the new FD service from Narita will further increase the number of Japanese passengers.

Additionally, demand between Narita-Bangkok has been extremely high. Many Japanese tourists visit
Bangkok for its unique experiences, including visits to colorful and historic temples such as Wat Arun.

The entry of a new LCC to the route will give passengers more choices in terms of both price and service.
