New stores to open on the landside of the second floor of KIX Terminal 1 on December 1, 2023!

Kansai Airports is excited to announce the opening of Le Pan Kobe Kitano, COLOSSEO, Sushi Nishiya, and Genki Syoten on December 1, 2023, on the second floor of Terminal 1 of Kansai International Airport (KIX), which is under renovation. Kansai Airports Group will continue to develop convenient and exciting stores for our customers and create more comfortable and enjoyable travel experiences.

Le Pan Kobe Kitano (open 6:30 am to 10:00 pm)

This boulangerie offers bread and sweets made from fresh and savory ingredients produced in Hyogo Prefecture and other carefully selected seasonal ingredients collected from around the world. You can enjoy dishes prepared by French chefs of the hotel La Suite Kobe from breakfast to dinner in the restaurant. Takeout is also available.

COLOSSEO (open 7:00 am to 10:00 pm)
This Italian café is operated by “Colosseo” that is the only restaurant in Kansai officially certified by the Italian Government. It offers breakfast to start a new day and brunch to enjoy a relaxing morning as well as lunch and dinner at the airport to serve various types of customer needs.

Osaka Tenma Sushi Nishiya (open 7:00 am to 10:00 pm)
This is a sushi restaurant where people around the globe can feel the culture of Kuidaore [immerse yourself with extravagant food] of Osaka. The restaurant spares no effort in providing delicious food to customers from in and out of Japan in their short breaks from work or travel so that they can feel “Wa [harmony]” of Japan

Genki Syoten (open 7:00 am to 10:00 pm)
This restaurant offers "Senshu Genki harami [outside skirt]" and "Senshu Genki tan [tongue]" in a rice bowl or as a set meal or lacquered box meal at reasonable prices, marinated in the secret red sauce of Sakon, which was established 45 years ago and achieved the national top sales for the thank-you gifts in the hometown tax program.
