Passenger Growth Keep QAL Soaring

The busy start to the year has continued for Queensland Airports Limited’s (QAL)’s four regional airports – with an increase of almost four per cent in February.

Gold Coast, Townsville, Mount Isa and Longreach airports all saw growth in February, collectively welcoming almost 608,000 passengers – 3.8 per cent more than the same month last year. This result represents a record February for the group.
