The Numero Uno Touch
Numero Uno, an Abu Dhabi-based supplier of caviar and gourmet foods, was launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon Bin Saeed Bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan. The brand recently opened the largest state-of-the-art caviar repacking facility in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, located in KIZAD, an industrial hub between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This facility is fully HACCP and ISO 22000 certified, ensuring the HoReCa community's highest food safety and quality standards.

Aziz Khouja, a shareholder of Numero Uno, commented on the partnership: “Collaborating with Plaza Premium Group, a leader in premium airport lounge operations, aligns perfectly with our strategic goal of establishing Numero Uno as a prominent name in the premium caviar market. Our market research before launching Numero Uno indicated a rising demand for high-quality gourmet products among regional consumers seeking unique and luxurious dining experiences. This trend has only intensified since our launch. We remain committed to maintaining the highest quality and industry standards throughout this collaboration and look forward to delighting global travellers with our exceptional caviar selections and gourmet offerings.”

As travellers embark on their journeys from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, they now have the opportunity to indulge in a taste of luxury that will linger long after their flights have departed. The Numero Uno Caviar Bars at Plaza Premium Group lounges are poised to become the talk of the jet set, offering a symphony of flavors that celebrate the art of fine dining at 30,000 feet.
