Spring Airlines to Launch Daily Service on KIX-Dalian Route

Kansai Airports today announced that Spring Airlines will start nonstop daily flights between Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Dalian, China, beginning November 25, 2018.

The new service will become the budget carrier’s eighth route to KIX. Dalian—known for its scenic beauty—is home to popular tourist attractions such as Russian Street. And China has high potential for passenger demand with its travelers to Japan growing 15.4%* year on year. With the launch of direct service by the Shanghai-based carrier, the number of weekly flights between KIX and Dalian will reach 33, which is expected to drive further growth in travel demand between the two destinations.

Kansai Airports will continue to expand its network including LCC services to provide a more convenient and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
