Webinar: Regional Safety Assessment Workshop on 30 November 2023
- 2023-10-10
The Flight Safety Foundation Asia Pacific Centre for Aviation Safety, in collaboration with ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East, will be hosting a webinar on Regional Safety Assessment on 30 November 2023.
In this session, the Flight Safety Foundation will present an overview of the assessment results, including insights from Fact Sheets related to high-risk areas. This workshop will also provide an opportunity for participants to share their insights into the assessment and provide feedback on the fact sheets, with particular focus on fact sheets that are most relevant to airports.
This is the first in a series of webinars, with the first one focused on evaluating and examining aviation safety concerns within the APAC region, which will review data arising from this project.
The Flight Safety Foundation Asia Pacific Centre for Aviation Safety has been working on a comprehensive assessment and analysis of aviation safety issues in Asia Pacific. This is the first project deliverable on organised safety data, including six years' worth of accident and incident records (2017-2022) that have been translated into dedicated Fact Sheets.
