Airports in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East regions are setting new benchmarks in passenger experience. 35 airports out of a total 95 airports globally were recognised in the prestigious 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards by Airports Council International (ACI). Collectively, airports in the region won 68 awards, across categories.
Retail experience at Hyderabad International Airport has recently got an upgrade with several outlets at the airport undergoing a complete makeover to deliver enhanced offerings and in-store customer experience.
