The National Civil Aviation Center /NCAC/ was established in February 2020, by the order of the Ministry of Road and Transport Development of Mongolia. Main duties of NCAC are to provide the air navigation and airport services in Mongolia. The National Civil Aviation Center operates 19 airports in Mongolia, including Buyant-Ukhaa International Airport and all domestic airports. It also manages Air Navigation Services and Ground Handling Services. Mr. Munhkjargal Purevjav has been appointed as a director of the National Civil Aviation Center of Mongolia. Mr. P. Munhkjargal is an aviation leader within decades of experience in the civil aviation field, and has led the air navigation management team for several years.
