BOC Aviation is a global aircraft operating leasing company, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has its headquarters in Singapore with offices in Dublin, London, New York and Tianjin. BOC Aviation is a subsidiary of Bank of China (BOC), which retains 70% shareholding.

Within BOC Group, BOC Aviation is the major interface with aviation ecosystem, including airlines, OEMS, MROs and airport operators.
