Located on the West Coast of Saudi Arabia, The Red Sea International Airport (RSI) has been envisaged as a gateway to one of the most unique resorts in the world and an integral part of the visitor experience. It is inspired by the colors and textures of the desert landscape and will become a transit hub for visitors coming in by both land and air. By 2030 it will support 2 million passengers per year from a mixture of domestic and international origins. It is situated 12 kilometres east of the coastline at an elevation of 50 MSL.
