2024 ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East WBP Airport Tour

We are delighted to announce the 2024 ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East WBP Airport Tour to three airports in Thailand, on 8 – 10 October 2024, an annual highlight exclusive to the WBP members of our Region.

Airports of Thailand (AoT) is our Partner and Host for this Tour, and we are pleased to confirm the participation of AoT’s President and ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East Board Director, Dr. Kerati Kijmanawat during the tour on 8 October 2024.

The objective of the WBP Airport Tour is to provide a mutually beneficial opportunity for WBP and host airports. This enables WBPs to meet face-to-face with senior executives of the airports to understand the development plans / upcoming projects, and at the same time, airports can learn about the latest trends, business solutions and technology news from participating WBPs. 

The Tour is free for all  WBPs of ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East, who have paid membership dues up to date. However, there would be charge for cancellation. Participants will be responsible for the costs of their flights / hotel accommodations.

Visit schedule is as follows:

• 8 October (Tue): Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Bangkok
• 9 October (Wed): Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), Bangkok (Ground transport will be arranged from BKK to DMK)
• 10 October (Thu): Phuket International Airport (HKT), Phuket (The tour will conclude in Phuket. Participants can arrange their return at their convenience)

The daily schedule is being finalised, though each airport tour will start in the morning. 

AoT is currently negotiating preferential rates for hotels near the airports.
