Airnorth to Commence Services to Alice Springs

Perth Airport has welcomed the announcement that Airnorth will commence a new non-stop service between Alice Springs and Perth Airport from March 2024.
Perth Airport Chief Commercial and Aviation Officer, Kate Holsgrove said Airnorth will operate the new service three times per week out of T3 and will provide a new connection between Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
“Interstate visitation into Western Australia is an important component for our tourism sector and we look forward to working with Airnorth to connect Perth and Western Australia to Alice Springs.
“The new route is supported by Perth Airport and the State Government, and we thank the Deputy Premier and Tourism Minister Rita Saffioti for the Government’s continued commitment to growing aviation connections into Western Australia.”
“Celebrating over 45 years in aviation, Airnorth is delighted to continue expanding its network from Western Australia,” said Airnorth Chief Executive Officer Daniel Bowden.
“Airnorth has been connecting customers from Perth to Kununurra and then onto Darwin since 2007 with flights operating each Tuesday and Thursday.“
“The announcement of this new services that operates every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between Perth and Alice Springs also marks Airnorth as the only carrier to provided non-stop flights that offers travellers an extra 23,000 seats over the next 12 months,” said Mr Bowden.
The Perth-Alice Spring route will be serviced by the airlines E170 aircraft which seats up to 76 passengers and adds nearly 24,000 seats to the market each year.
TL361 will depart PER at 0815 and arrive into ASP at 1215, and TL362 will depart ASP at 1320 and land in PER at 1320(Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
