Airports Corporation of Vietnam Awards Contract for Airport-CDM Implementation in Vietnam to To70

To70, one of the world’s leading aviation consultants, is pleased to announce that they have been awarded a contract to implement Airport CDM at Ho Chi Minh City Tan Son Nhat (SGN) and Hanoi Noi Bai (HAN) International Airports.

The multi-year contract, awarded by Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) to To70, will be delivered by the global team from Australia, Thailand, Belgium and Netherlands in conjunction with our local partner Skyparty Vietnam. 

The scope of work includes development of GAP Analyses, Cost Benefit Analyses, establishing a Performance Monitoring Organisation, Training, Concept of Operations, Implementation, Procurement support and Trial & Live operation preparation.
