CAM Representatives Participated in the 17th China Air Cargo Summit

Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) representatives participated in the 17th China Air Cargo Summit in Shanghai from 28th to 30th November 2023. The theme of the Summit is “New Areas of Growth for Cargo in the Post Covid Era”. The summit brings together approximately 250 delegates from 100 organizations in 30 countries and regions. The professional views were expressed on topics of air cargo market outlook and sustainability, cargo digitization, air cargo hub construction, e-commerce, European e-commerce customs and tax compliance, e-cigarettes and cross-border e-commerce logistics.

The three-day summit allowed CAM representatives to have deepen understanding on the global air cargo market dynamics, policies, advanced technology applications and the latest operating practices; CAM representatives have also gained the opportunity to engage with the global aviation industries to jointly explore route development and other cooperation opportunities.

Mr. Frank Wu, Director of Logistic and General Aviation Development Department (LGD) of CAM and Mr. Jim Leung, Deputy Director of LGD represented to join the summit.
