CAM Representatives Participated in the 9th China Airport Service Conference

Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) was invited to attend the 9th China Airport Service Conference held in Yinchuan, Ningxia from 10th to 11th September 2024. The conference was host by China Airports Association, China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology, CAAC News and co-organized by NingXia Airport Co., Ltd with the theme of “Quality Service, Enhancing Quality and Efficiency – Shaping a New Ecology of China Civil Aviation Services”. The conference showcased the development achievements of China civil aviation airport services, focusing on promoting the higher-level development of China civil aviation through the enhancement of service quality and efficiency.

 

 

The conference covered a wide range of topics, including policy interpretation, service innovation case-study, excellent services from an international perspective, and 3 special parallel forums including “Human Resource Management and Vocational Education and Training”, “Outsourcing Ground Handling Business Management and Services” and “Innovation and Development of Non-Aeronautical Business”.

 

The aim was to promote the comprehensive improvement of airport services through exchange and learning. CAM representatives engaged in sharing and discussion with counterparts from China's civil aviation industry and industry experts, providing valuable ideas and experience for the continuous improvement of airport services.

 

Representatives from CAM included Ms. Shirley Lau N. Antunes, Deputy Director of Planning and Commercial Development Department (PCD) and Mr. Jose Wu, Manager of PCD.
