Extension of the Opening Hours for the Summer in KIX Sky View, the Observation Hall - Enjoy Special Events During the Summer Vacation Period

Kansai Airports is delighted to announce that the opening hours of Sky View, the KIX observation hall, will be extended by one hour during the period from Sat., July 22 to Thu., August 31, 2023. Along with the change, the “Sky View Cafe” will also be on special opening. 

We are scheduling to hold several events during the summer vacation period, including experiences of job at airports, dressing up as pilots and cabin crews with uniforms for children, early morning flight photo session, and many other events for both children and adults! You can also meet "Sorayan," the official character of the Kansai Airports Group. Please come and enjoy for your wonderful summer memories!

Kansai Airports Group will continue to introduce the attractions of the airport and travel through events that bring excitement to everyone.

Extension of the opening hours during the summer

Overview: Opening hours will be extended by one hour and will open until 6:00 p.m.
Opening hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. *Same opening hours for the retail store
Period: From Sat., July 22 to Thu., August 31, 2023 
Special opening of Sky View Café
Overview: Sky View Café will be open only for this period. You can try KIX gelato only here!
Opening hours: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Period: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in August and on Mon., August 14 and Tue., 15
