GMR Hyderabad International Airport Wins the Prestigious ACI World's ‘ASQ Best Airport Award 2024’

GMR Hyderabad International Airport has once again earned recognition in the annual Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey. Among over 400 participating airports worldwide in 2024, Hyderabad Airport has been awarded the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award for 'Best Airport in the 15 to 25 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA)' in the Asia-Pacific region for 2024.
 
ACI World's ASQ program stands as the premier global initiative for measuring airport passenger satisfaction. Through real-time traveler surveys, it evaluates more than 30 performance indicators, providing a comprehensive assessment of the entire passenger journey.

•  In 2024, over half of the world's travellers passed through an ASQ airport, underscoring the program's credibility and influence in shaping the standards for exceptional airport services.
• From 7,00,000 surveys collected in 2024, 181 ASQ Awards have been won by 95 airports around the world.
• Categories for departures include Best Airports by Size and Region, as well as Most Dedicated Staff, Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airport. For arrivals, the category is Top Airports Globally.

GMR Hyderabad International Airport has consistently set benchmarks in service and operational excellence. It secured a spot among the Top 3 Global Airports for nine consecutive years (2009–2017), achieving the World No. 1 ranking four times (2009, 2010, 2016, and 2017) in the 5–15 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA) category of the ACI-ASQ Awards. In 2018, it was honored as the 'Best Airport by Size and Region' in the Asia-Pacific region for both 2019 and 2020 in the same category. Continuing its excellence, the airport received the same title in 2022 and 2023 in the 15–25 MPPA category for the Asia-Pacific region.
