J-AIR Aviation Learning Session at ITAMI

  • 2022-10-20

J-AIR Co. Ltd. (J-AIR) and Kansai Airports today announced the holding of J-AIR aviation class for two days at ITAMI on Saturday, December 10 and Sunday, December 11, 2022.

As part of their efforts to revitalize the region, J-AIR and Kansai Airports are jointly holding an event designed to bring the airport and aviation closer to the public. Participants will enjoy a  bus ride with a guide by J-AIR crew on the airport service road alongside the runways and at the airport fire station, all of which are usually off-limits to the public. What is more, you can specially visit facilities (mock-ups) to be used for training, receive service from cabin crew and an aviation class by the flight crew using simulated cockpits.

Based on the feedback from the past tours, we have designed this tour for aviation fans on Saturday, December 10 and for children on Sunday, December 11, in order to make the tour more enjoyable for both children and adults.

Based at ITAMI, J-AIR (head office in Ikeda, Osaka; President Yukio Shishikura) provides a safe and secure, comfortable air travel experience by connecting 28 domestic airports in a wide and comprehensive route network. And Kansai Airports Group (head office in Izumisano, Osaka;

Representative Director and CEO Yoshiyuki Yamaya) creates an exciting, comfortable and enjoyable travel experience through the operation of three airports in the Kansai region: Kansai International Airport (KIX), ITAMI, and Kobe Airport (KOBE).

Do not miss out on this rare opportunity to explore the usually inaccessible areas.
