PKX Sets Up a "One-stop" Service Point to Facilitate Foreign Tourists

Beijing, China, has continuously introduced measures to facilitate foreigners to serve in Beijing, and has continued to deepen high-level opening up. In January 2025, PKX has set up a Beijing service point (airport service point) in a prominent location at the international arrival exit, providing more than 20 high-frequency services in four major themes including finance, communication, transportation, and cultural tourism on site, to enhance the convenience of foreign nationals coming to and staying in Beijing.

One is to better showcase the cultural image of international hubs in design. Combining the characteristics of the terminal building of Daxing Airport, the overall configuration unfolds like a painting of green mountains and waters, showcasing the international gateway image with the richest Chinese aesthetic conception and cultural features.

The second is to present more convenient one-stop services in terms of service, follows the international passenger arrival route to Beijing, and through a series of service signs, media advertisements, etc., foreign passengers can see our airport service functions as soon as they land, allowing them to land with peace of mind; promotional videos about Beijing's services and cultural tourism image are played on three large electronic screens (one double-sided screen in the international baggage claim hall and two large screens on the east and west sides of the counter) in a scrolling manner, making passengers fall in love at first sight. In the future, special service functions can be reserved for various international conferences and events; 6 counters cover six major theme functions including payment, communication, consultation, luggage, cultural tourism, transportation, etc., covering 30 high-frequency needs of foreign passengers, making passengers feel comfortable in handling affairs.
