Airport International Group reported that Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) welcomed 721,508 passengers (PAX) in September 2024, indicating a 14.2% decrease compared to the same month in 2023. From 1st to 7th October 2024 of seven days of the National Day Golden Week, Macau International Airport (MIA) welcomed about 144 thousand passengers and 1,202 aircraft movements. During the 7-days holiday, the airport handled about 20 thousand passengers and 171 flights movements on average per day, an increase of 27% and 24% compared with the Golden Week Holiday to the same period in 2023.
