Sorayan Nursery School Opens at ITAMI

Kansai Airport is delighted to announce that Sorayan Nursery School will open in the south cargo area at Osaka International Airport (ITAMI) on Sunday, April 1, 2018.

The nursery school will be open Monday to Sunday from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm to suit the various needs of airport staff who work shifts and weekends. Kids can play outside at the playground and a wood deck accessible from a nursery room. The school will also accept applications from local residents. 

The on-site nursery will help to create a better work environment as well as to attract and retain necessary personnel at ITAMI, in which 5,000 staff are working. It is also hoped to help promote gender equality and work-life balance.
