Airports in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East regions are setting new benchmarks in passenger experience. 35 airports out of a total 95 airports globally were recognised in the prestigious 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards by Airports Council International (ACI). Collectively, airports in the region won 68 awards, across categories.
The main objective of this event was to promote the Southeast Asian and Northeast Asian routes of Macau International Airport (MIA), encouraging more residents from the Greater Bay Area (GBA) to choose Macau as a transit point when travelling to those regions. The event has invited representatives from 21 units, including airlines and travel agencies currently operating in Macau, to collectively participate in the promotion.

The graduation ceremony for the second cohort was held at (SRTI) Park’s headquarters, attended by His Excellency Sheikh Faisal Bin Saoud Al Qassimi, Director of SAA, along with key officials, participating students, supervising professors, and representatives from the companies supporting the initiative.
